Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement regarding the immediate provision of the digital service

By completing the payment for a Zeff Scout subscription (Explorer, Pro, or Max), the User expressly requests and confirms that they wish for the digital service to begin immediately, without waiting for the 14-day withdrawal period to expire.

Furthermore, the User confirms that they have been informed that this request may affect the right of withdrawal, in accordance with OUG 34/2014, Art. 16 lit. (m), regarding exceptions to the right of withdrawal for digital content provided with the prior consent of the consumer.

This agreement is presented and explicitly accepted at the time of payment, before completing the transaction.

2. Goodwill policy — 14 days

Although OUG 34/2014, Art. 16 lit. (m) may exempt digital services from the right of withdrawal when the consumer has expressly requested the commencement of provision, Zeff Scout offers, out of respect for its users and as its own commercial policy (not as a legal obligation), a period of 14 calendar days from the date of payment during which individual Users may request a full refund, without needing to justify the decision.

This goodwill policy is offered as a gesture of good faith and may be modified or withdrawn by the Company at any time, with prior notification. It does not constitute and shall not be interpreted as a waiver of the exception provided by Art. 16 lit. (m) of OUG 34/2014.

This goodwill right applies to any of Zeff Scout's paid plans (Explorer, Pro, Max), both monthly and annual.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, send a written request by email to office@zeffscout.ro, with the following information:

The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that fall within the patterns described above, with the decision communicated in writing by email.

6. Cancelling automatic renewal

Independently of the right to a refund, you can cancel automatic renewal of your subscription at any time:

After cancellation, access to the paid plan remains active until the end of the already paid period. No new charges are generated.

In the event that we suspend your account due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, we do NOT offer a refund for the remaining subscription period.
